Carolin helped us purchase a Van Nuys townhome, our first home, in this wild west that is the LA real estate market. At each junction milestone in all our lives, be it positive or negative, we all only hope to be surrounded by the right people to either ease or make the experience. We are glad to say that she is one of those people. From the onset, Carolin was acute, dedicated, very communicative, eyes on the ball, feet on the ground, a complete professional. We worked with her for almost 2 months going through several offers until we landed our third and best one. And on the day she handed us the keys, we were surprised to recount that the two months that went by felt like nothing, because she became an honorary part of our little family. She answered a mountain of questions and addressed every concern in a timely manner, communicating through frequent phone calls, texts and emails. She went above and beyond, providing us well-used contacts with mortgage providers, contractors, inspectors e.t.c that ensured that long after our professional transaction was done, our home would be well taken care of. And that is just her professionalism. She is also a maverick of a human being; warm, caring, respectful, great charm, better soul.
